Soilworks, the world’s leading dust control and soil stabilization company, has hired veteran human resources manager Kent Norris, the company announced today.
Norris will lead the company’s human resources department, helping the Scottsdale-based company attract and retain the top-tier talent the company requires to facilitate the dust control solutions its clients around the world require.

Previously, Norris oversaw client and candidate development for Volt Information Services where he was responsible for client and candidate development for Fortune 100 financial and healthcare companies. Prior to Volt, Norris spent almost three decades in human resources roles for State Farm Insurance, helping the company attract and retain top talent.
Norris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in comprehensive industrial management from Illinois State University.
