This letter is to authorize our Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders Desert Road Builders, 2554 E. 23rd Lane, Yuma, AZ 85366 (BOA Contract DABK4103GOO08) and Tanner Companies-Yuma (Rinker Materials) 2088 East 20th Street, Yuma, AZ 85365 (BOA Contract DATM0702C0008) to purchase SOILTAC soil stabilization solution under Soilworks GSA
Contract GS07F5364P (contract end date 31 October 2008). This will be a one-time procurement by either Desert Road Builders or Tanner Companies-Yuma to meet our requirement.
