Buck that the Municipal District of Wainwright No. 61 be authorized to do additional gravel in Division No. 2 with M.D. forces once Holt Transport has completed their contract obligations in Division No. 2 and also authorize an additional $50,000 for gravel hauling at contract rate in Division No. 6 and Division No. 7 for Holt Transport’s 2010 contract due to weather conditions and furthermore have Administration request Holt Transport to submit their gravel tickets weekly until the end of the 2010 season. CARRIED
