Each trailer contains a Morningstar charging monitoring system, which monitors, regulates, and displays solar input and battery voltage. — Horizon’s Modular operation System features the ability to utilize up to 16 signals, controlling up to 9 traffic phases in a single set-up. Horizon Traffic Signals can be operated in fixed time, traffic actuated, or hand controller mode.

Communication methods include cable, quartz and AV radio. Each Horizon signal controller is equipped with an integrated conflict downloadable format. — Optional add-on equipment includes Back Plates, Pilot Car Module, 24 hour GPS System, and interface module. The interface module allows the Horizon signal to be used in traffic signal knockdown, or signal relocation applications.
