Formal review by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) confirmed acceptance of Soiltac® for use in soil stabilization, dust control, and erosion control applications on state transportation projects. Following evaluation through the New Product Evaluation (NPE) process, Caltrans determined a current operational need for polymer-based soil treatment technologies and authorized the product for contractor use on public infrastructure projects. This approval supports the application of copolymer-based stabilization solutions for roadway construction, unpaved shoulders, embankments, slopes, staging areas, and environmentally sensitive transportation corridors.
